Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of confirmation.

Delivery Time: Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes 1–3 business days, and 3–5 business days for other governorates.

Shipping Carrier: We partner with reliable courier companies to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed to the customer before payment.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original invoice.

The customer bears the shipping cost for exchanges unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

In case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we cover the shipping cost and send the replacement free of charge.

Return & Refund Policy

Products can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
